I Set Up a Chatbot That Picks the Right Mobile Tariff by Usage

I design and configure chatbots that solve one very specific, very common problem: people overpay for mobile plans because nobody ever sits down and compares their actual usage against the tariff grid. My bot does that comparison in under two minutes, in a normal conversation, without the subscriber opening a single spreadsheet.

The flow looks simple on the surface but I tune it carefully underneath. The bot asks how much mobile internet the person burns through in an average month, how many minutes they spend on calls, and how many SMS they still send. Based on those three numbers it walks through a list of tariffs from the operators you specify, filters out anything that doesn't cover the usage, and ranks what's left by price. The subscriber sees not just a recommended plan but the monthly difference in money compared to what they're on now, which is the number that actually gets people to switch.

I build this on the messenger stack you already use — a website widget, Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp — and connect it to a tariff list that you or I keep updated. I write the branching logic for edge cases like shared family plans or roaming-heavy users, plus the comparison output template.
