I make slow applications fast by putting Redis to work exactly where your backend hurts. Most projects come to me with the same pain: response times creep up under load, the database is buried in repetitive reads, and every traffic spike turns into a support fire. I start by measuring the real bottlenecks with profiling and slow-query logs, then design a caching strategy that fits your data instead of a generic one. Read-through, write-through, cache-aside, sensible TTLs and clean invalidation so you never serve stale results to users.

Beyond plain key-value caching I use the full Redis toolbox for the job. I move sessions out of the database, build reliable job queues, add rate limiting to protect your API, wire up pub/sub for real-time features, and pick the right data structures such as sorted sets, hashes and streams for leaderboards, counters and feeds. In parallel I tune the heavy SQL queries, add the indexes that are actually missing, and reshape the parts of your architecture that keep the cache from doing its job. The goal is fewer round trips and a database that finally breathes.

You get a clear before-and-after: latency numbers, reduced database load, and a documented setup your team can maintain. I cover key naming, memory limits, eviction policy, persistence and failover so the cache stays healthy in production, not just on a demo. Typical outcomes:
