Finding customers to sell finished content

Requires a permanent remote work person to search for customers and conclude deals for the sale of annual (semi-annual, etc.) packages of scanwords, crossword puzzles, ready-made pages with entertainment content. The target audience at the first stage is employees of newspapers, magazines, periodicals (editor, director, answering officer, advertising manager) of any form of ownership and geography. In the future, the expansion towards print advertising that is not related to the media (customers - advertising agencies). All activities are exclusively in virtual space, no paper or phone calls.
The scheme of work as a whole: find a publication, identify an employee in it who is able to make a decision, conduct “negotiations”, if successful, inform me of the client’s data to complete the transaction.
For any considerations regarding how the candidate plans to perform such work, please send a resume instead. I am not interested in any achievements of the candidate - let him be a schoolboy, a shoemaker, a nurse or a deaf old man from Bukhara. The best summary will be his suggestions for achieving goals. Banal spam, mass mailing of letters does not pass, "point strikes" are required.

First at the time of studying the profitability of the business - RUB 10,000, employment 3-4 hours a day, five-day working week. In case the project pays itself off - full rate with the further possibility of partnership and obtaining a percentage of profit.
