Project description:
We are looking for a technical support employee of our customers for a permanent job in our friendly team of mobile application developers! This is a unique opportunity to start your career in a foreign company that has already become successful in several foreign markets.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience
Interest in the project - we are looking for an employee not for the project, but for a long time
Having a computer with unlimited Internet and a smartphone (iPhone or Android with OS 4+) – the bulk of the work will take place remotely
Full access to the computer and the Internet during working hours (8 hours a day, which is stipulated separately)
High level of English proficiency both written and spoken is required (there will be a Skype interview!)
A valid passport is mandatory (the presence of a British visa is a big plus)
Willingness to spend a total of 1 month on a business trip during the first three months of work for training (UK), the costs are paid by the company
Competent written Russian language
High tolerance for all types of community (regardless of gender, age, nationality, language, race, religion, political or sexual orientation)
High customer orientation, courtesy, solving customer problems by mail and through chat
Readiness to actively use and test our application
Careful and methodical work to resolve customer problems
Ability to explain the client’s problem in English, readiness for distance communication with English-speaking colleagues (technical support and developers)
Demonstrating a positive attitude towards work, the 'can do' philosophy
As a plus - higher technical education / education in the field of IT
Readiness to work in the atmosphere of a startup
Responsibilities:
Due to the growth of the company, we are looking for employees for technical support in a new region for us - Russia.
The main task is technical support for Russian-speaking Palringo users, communication with English-speaking colleagues and assistance in translation / localization of the application.
Main aspects:
Manage the Palringo volunteer community for technical support (primarily Agents and VIPs)
Timely processing of requests from users
Testing Bots.
Testing Message Packets
Test and help with translation of external games for Android / iOS
Of course, test the application itself.
You will need to be well versed in our service, be curious and follow the updates of the application and the news of the company, work hard both independently and as a team. We, in turn, guarantee a decent timely payment, free training and business trips, as well as a cohesive excellent team!
Conditions:
Work schedule NOT NORMAZED: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week (but days vary in rotation with a colleague). The main schedule for the first month or two will be from 16 to 24 hours, from Tuesday to Saturday inclusive.
Salary depends on work experience and matching the profile required, tied to the FUNTA rate (£530-£600 per month after taxes)
Registration - bilingual contract with a foreign company
