Processing of applications received from customers (from the site, by mail, chat or phone).
Advising clients on the availability of goods, order status, payment and delivery conditions, etc.
Work with the database, document management.
Administration of online orders from the site (online store)
Receiving incoming calls.
Requirements:
Personal computer with good Internet speed and the presence of a headset.
The ability to organize the workplace at home (to ensure the absence of extraneous noise).
Competent written and oral speech, polite, tactful communication.
Confident user of PC (Internet, Word, Excel, Skypé)
Ability to perceive new information, ability to learn.
Punctuality, maintenance of working routine and rules in the company.
