Earnings offer for EBS6600 industrial printer connection specialist. It is required to connect an EBS6600 industrial printer to the production line to print information from the saw operator workplace on each panel (manufacturer, date, time, panel type, thickness/width/length, design name...).
The production task, with the types of panels and the production sequence, is formed in 1C, after which the operator transfers the printed form (paper medium) directly to the workplace “saw operator”, in fact, this is a sequence of lengths. You can choose the type of panels (old names, you must also replace them). In the interface of the operator’s workplace there are lines for printing, for the possibility of entering additional information.
Previously, we had a Willett 430 printer that was connected to the production line via the RS232 interface, connected to the .php controller.
The EBS6600 industrial printer has been purchased and needs to be configured. Currently, the new printer is used simply for static printing, containing the manufacturer, date and time (configured on the printer itself), managed only to connect to the encoder for speed synchronization and a virtual sensor that gives the command to print.
You need to set up a data exchange between the controller and the printer.
If we understand correctly, the controller will issue a signal for printing and a line for printing after polling the printer and as the printer in response will give a signal that it is ready, but this does not happen.
SCADA is a Fanuc platform. There is no possibility to copy the code from the controller and, like it is not programmable, a link to its description.
