The priority location of the works is St. Petersburg and Leningrad region, Moscow and Moscow region, Rostov and Rostov region, Sevastopol, Stavropol Territory, Krasnodar Territory.
Priority composition of works – New construction and reconstruction of social facilities such as schools, kindergartens, hospitals, etc.
Priority format and size of tenders – holding an auction not exceeding the limit of 200-300 million rubles. With the amount of security for the performance of works not exceeding the limit of 50 million rubles.
