Offering additional earnings for a tender specialist. A tender search is required. Criteria for the selection of tenders:
The priority location of the works is St. Petersburg and Leningrad region, Moscow and Moscow region, Rostov and Rostov region, Sevastopol, Stavropol Territory, Krasnodar Territory.
Priority composition of works – New construction and reconstruction of social facilities such as schools, kindergartens, hospitals, etc.
Priority format and size of tenders – holding an auction not exceeding the limit of 200-300 million rubles. With the amount of security for the performance of works not exceeding the limit of 50 million rubles. Presence of advance is very desirable, but ready to watch without advance, if the competition is tasty in terms of prices and the essence of the work, ready to look where the security for the performance of work above 50 million, but still not more than 75 million about
Not considered types of work – road construction, bridge construction, gas pipelines. Works requiring special permits and licenses not included in the existing ones
We have the approval of SRO construction for 500 million.
