Remote work on the Internet. The company is looking for a customer service manager who will support Wow-service.
Our company has a very narrow specialization - we work only with the enterprises of the beauty industry (beauty salons, SPA and medical centers).
At the moment, we are the largest community in the Russian Federation in the world of beauty industry. We have fundamentally abandoned classic sales and in practice we have seen that nothing sells better than a quality service that exceeds expectations and a product that brings results to its consumers.
This formula of success is confirmed by long-term long-term work with our clients, including both beginners and eminent salons with a network of franchisees around the country.
And now we are looking for a person who will support our views and values, will be able to feel the problems of our customers as their own, help them come to a result, build their interaction with our company as comfortable and effective as possible.

The duties of the manager:
Provide personal support to your assigned clients on training.
(collection and verification of homework, solution of organizational and technical issues, etc.)
Maintain customer loyalty and increase NPS.
Diagnose and help them effectively address their queries through email, phone and company internal platform.
Receive and communicate feedback from customers to company employees to improve our services and products

You have a successful experience with people (preferably the corporate segment) and a basic understanding of marketing and finance.
You have a high level of empathy and the ability to empathize. You probably have been told that you understand people and their problems like no other.
