Project description:
Electronic equipment should be developed
This device consists of their 4 main nodes, which include:
VHF FM tuner with digital control (frequency adjustment and search mode of the given station), as well as increased sensitivity in case of poor radio reception.
Digital integrated power amplifier class "D" with protection against short-circuit output and thermal overheating (almost does not overheat even at 20 Watt power in 24/7 hours).
The module of the digital controller on the ATTiNY13 chip and the digital resistive potentiometer for automatic muting of the broadcasting station to a given level (muffling the level of sound accompaniment of the broadcasting station to -20DB) allowing navigation equipment (hereinafter the onboard block-BB) to loudly and clearly pronounce the current stops. At the end of the stop notification, this module returns the volume of the broadcast station to the originally set level.
Specialized voltage and current stabilizer with special characteristics. As is known, in the on-board network of the electric vehicle, the standard voltage of the on-board network is equal to 24 Volts, but, as in any rigidly dialed power supply system to the electric motor, inevitable induction emissions of electricity into the on-board network occur, which leads to voltage jumps of up to 150 Volts in the pulse. This stabilizer cuts off electricity emissions above 35 volts, and is able to hold a load of up to 3.2 Amps.
In the presented equipment there are:
Audio input standard connector of the form of factor 3.5′′ for signaling from the onboard unit.
Entrance for connecting antennas for receiving broadcast stations in the form of a BNC connector.
Hardly dialed audio output to the sound speakers of the finished audio tract system of electric transport (freely connected to the ready-made radio broadcasting system).
Indication of the radio mode (capture of a given radio station).
Control module of the final volume of the entire audio system (controls in the form of a building resistor are displayed).
Exit for power navigation equipment (on-board unit)
