Project description:
Since the second half of January, I am expanding the staff of the sales department of my Company through remote work via the Internet.
The essence of the work is warm calls to existing customers for the formation of an application for the delivery or collection of the Company’s goods, if necessary, work with objections using a script (scenario) of the call.
Your processes:
1) Preparation of the base for calling - I will present you a list of "warm customers" for calling on a daily basis.
2) 1st call to the customer - determining the customer's need for our goods / services, placing an application in the CRM system.
(3) Based on the results of the work, para. 2 sending an invoice by e-mail, CP or appointment of a meeting with the manager (in case of working with lost customers).
(4) Transfer of information to the curator, i.e. Me.
Before starting the work, training is carried out on goods / services, and information (booklet) about the company, scripts for cold calls, advantages, a list of objections, etc. is presented.
Free schedule.
Remote work. The city doesn't matter.
The project is indefinite.
Payment by agreement, for consideration of 2 options:
(1) Fixed salary - link to plan
(2) Conversion payment: (1) From Call to Sale (2) From Call to Meeting
