About me:
In the course of my professional activity, I have been engaged in many aspects of building relationships with people (personnel, top management, clients), as well as office management, market monitoring, document management, at the same time developing and implementing training programs for enterprises and organizations. This allowed to plunge into the most diverse facets of working with people, organizations (both private and public) and gave a huge experience, which was then successfully applied in the work of a business coach, business coach and organizing consultant.
Starting my career in the Department of personnel of the employment center, and having gone to my own business in the form of a company, I embodied in the work such qualities as responsibility, dedication, ability to concentrate on tasks and goals, concentration and organizational abilities. At the same time, since 2008, these qualities have found another worthy application in addition to a wide range of work with personnel and top management: coaching. Initially, my path developed in the field of business coaching, logical, clear, built on clear logical principles and terms, but in my life there were cardinal changes (one of them is moving), which led me to another aspect of mastery – life coaching. Faced with the issues of adaptation, self-becoming and development in a completely new environment, trying to build my business from scratch, I came to life coaching methods that not only allowed to quickly and effectively solve emerging requests, but also deeply worked out my emotional and spiritual state, allowing every day to grow and change, discovering everything new and new in myself. I am now ready to work in both directions, as the past experience is extensive and allows you to work with almost any task of business coaching, and the new one is fixed and deepened by international programs from ICU and ICF.
Working with specialists from volunteers to top managers, engaged in both the organization of human relations and training, I am able to find an approach to almost any client and see exactly the internal resource that will allow him to achieve his goals and requests, together we will be able not only to find a quick solution to the problem, but also to change the frame for the situation in the client’s head, and at the same time his perception of what is happening, and it is known that life is not how we live it, but how we perceive it.
