Project manager.
The main selection criteria:
(1) The age of the applicant is between 20 and 25 years.
(2) Desire to work in this particular profession.
(3) Openness, flexibility, ingenuity, honesty.
Here are some of the tasks you will need to do:
1. Periodic communication with customers, basic assistance if necessary (where to click, how to open, etc.).
2. Business correspondence is to write and respond to letters.
3. Sending ready-made letters to the newsletter.
4. Periodic customer call.
5. Providing basic assistance in paying for the order.
6. Keeping records on customer payments.
7. Posting materials to the blog and to the group in the social network.
8. Finding, hiring and supervising freelancers for additional tasks.
9. Other small tasks.
10. Presentations.
11. Placement of ads on the Internet.
12. Draw a mind-map map (I will explain what it is).
13. Keep a schedule of the director's affairs and meetings and remind them of them.
14. Write different TK (technical assignment).
15. Reporting on work done.
Responsibilities and skills:
1. Be constantly available, that is, so that I can contact you at any time on “Hangout”, “Telegram”, “imo”, “FB" or on “Vkontakte”.
2. Be able to use PC (Personal Computer), office programs and the Internet.
3. Doing the job with pleasure and executive.
4. Apply creativity when necessary.
5. Work with poorly composed TK (technical tasks): ask all the questions of interest for high-quality and prompt execution of the task.
6. - speak Russian (high level) and English (base level).
7. Don't be afraid of difficulties.
8. Have a desire to work and be optimistic in life.
9. Do the job efficiently and on time.
10. It is beautiful and competent to speak and express their thoughts.
