We run a private school and are looking for a modern website that will become the main gateway for parents and prospective pupils. The most important part is a smooth admissions process: an online application form where a parent enters the child's details, chooses a year group and a preferred programme, uploads the required documents and receives a confirmation by mail. Every application should land in a single dashboard so the admissions team can track the status of each form and never lose an enquiry. A dedicated area will present our classes and academic programmes — primary, middle and senior stages, advanced language study, sciences, arts, clubs and exam preparation. Each programme needs its own page with a clear description, entry requirements and tuition fees. A visual timetable section is essential: lessons, bells, holidays, open days and parent meetings, filterable by class and year. The teachers' section should show photographs, qualifications, years of experience and achievements so families trust the staff. A live news and announcements feed will let us publish events, competitions, excursions and urgent notices. The design should feel bright, friendly yet dignified, fully responsive on phones and tablets, quick to load and easy to navigate for people with no technical background.
