You need a layout designer to create simple non-adaptive templates for websites. In fact, you will need a layout of one page (main) and its layout to create another template of the internal page (material). All portal templates. No galleries, no shapes, no more. - you won't have to.
The layout will be of two types:
1) from PSD
2) just copy HTML + CSS well from another site and clean it up, bring the code back to normal.
Prices and terms indicate both type 1 and the second and be sure to be separately! I don’t even consider answers without cost. Appreciate my time and yours.
