The printer page counter

A program with the following functionality is required:
Forced booting at the start of the operating system.
Compatibility with all versions of windows.
Tracking printed pages for each printer (if more than one is connected to the PC). This is also true if the printer is connected to the network.
- the possibility of manual introduction of the cartridge resource in the program on a connected printer.
- warning the user about the imminent consumption of the toner (configured in manual) and the offer to send an e-mail application for filling the cartridge or the offer to call the phones and leave a request.
- Function "inserted a new cartridge" In this case, the warning shall cease to be displayed before the inserted cartridge is consumed.
- Function "work on weekends" .. If the organization works on the weekend, then on Friday morning a message is displayed with the remainder of the toner in the cartridge and an offer to additionally check the presence of filled cartridges.

All configurable parameters (service center details, cartridge resources, etc.) must have password protection taking into account the register.
