Making layout of the form of payment

You need to make a payment form template with validation according to the ready-made PSD layout.

Requirements:
- Support for current versions of browsers IE, Chrome, Firefox, Opera;
The content of the page should be strictly in the center of the screen (height and width).
- Logo strip: its background should be stretched to the full width of the browser window;
Use jQuery for dynamic elements and form validation.
