It requires an iOS developer to develop 2 mobile apps. Applications by themselves are not complex.
The first application for iOS is a catalog of places with photos posted on the map, as well as descriptions of these places.
The second iOS app is a speedometer to measure the speed of the car.
The design for the applications is already made. The use of servers in applications is not required, only the client part needs to be developed.
