analysis of the organization’s need for personnel, possible sources of specialists;
- selection of personnel for vacant positions, ensuring their adaptation and necessary training;
- organization of work on improving the skills of employees, building strategies for professional and career growth; development of principles of effective personnel management, increasing the level of its professional motivation;
- to lead the team.
