From you: the desire to work, enough free time, the desire to learn something new and develop, literacy, the ability to clearly and concisely express their thoughts, high speed of recruitment, responsibility, knowledge of the basics of copywriting (water, nausea, uniqueness).
From us: timely payment, training at the beginning (free), decency.
Who do we want to see among the employees: students, retired military, mothers on maternity leave, housewives, pensioners, in general, all those who need additional earnings.

Work is constant. Payment is 15-25p/1000 kn. (but there are 10p) without space. It depends on how you write. For hardworking and diligent authors, the pay will increase.
