We need valid, well-reported pieces of code. Requests to the database (select, update, insert and divide) should be formed through a placeholder from the white list (not through mysql_real_escape_string(); etc.). Check $_POST for prohibited characters (text and numbers only). Sending a message to the mail with a link, the transition on which allows you to update the line in the database. For "accuracy" formed a small TK on the form page. I expect the cost of typical actions. I'll pay for the Privat or VM.
