Electronic elevator board

There is an elevator building, which has about 180 silos (cans) for storing various grain crops. We need a program to visualize data, which is, a scoreboard consisting of cells painted in different colors with silos numbers (filled silos, non-working, empty, etc.). When activating a particular silo, it is necessary that all information (how much grain, from whom, what class, quality, etc.) is displayed (or started). The second stage is the creation of a grain route. Namely, when grain of such and such quality from such and such a point it can enter the silos under the numbers NoNoNo, and the reverse process - when pumped from the silo, it is possible to move it along the trail of options. We will provide all traffic patterns, information on silos and so on.
