We need an active sales manager.
There are 3 business areas:
1. Chimneys and metal support structures (who is the customer - plants, enterprises, low-rise construction and all those who use boiler houses, etc., as well as companies that are engaged in the installation / creation / design of boiler houses, who sell and install industrial boilers)
Work all over Russia
2. Parts for Hyundai and Isuzu trucks
(who is the customer - all kinds of manufacturers, factories, etc., which transport their goods to points - Vladsalat, petrocold, etc.)
As well as repair service stations, tow trucks
Work on St. Petersburg, a landmark to the Leningrad region and the nearest cities to St. Petersburg (Novgorod, Pskov, Petrozavodsk, etc.)
3.1. Mobile applications for business (who is the customer - any small/medium business - restaurants, hotels, web studios, etc.)
3.2. Optimization of contextual advertising costs (see in Yandex or Google the discrepancy of advertising to your contextual requests, you can safely call and offer to save your budget!)
Work in Russia
Payment in the first direction - 10% from the order (industrial orders and are very expensive for several million)
Payment in the second direction is 5% from sales (our customers are very many, we have all the spare parts for these cars, the demand is huge). Our branch sells per month (with the help of managers and a website) only on SPB for 3-5 million.
Payment in the third direction - by mob. Applications (it costs 60-80tr, 10-15% of yours); cost optimization (20-25% of the order volume)
Requirements for the applicant:
Experience in active sales;
Aiming for results;
Responsibility;
Skills of conducting telephone conversations;
Persuasiveness;
Don't be lost!
Main objectives:
Active customer search; cold calling
To go to the LPR, establish contact, interest, find out the needs of a potential client;
Presentations to potential customers; Sending CPU
Organization of personal meetings (for management) with potential customers;
Accountability
You will be charged interest on each transaction (from 5% to 20%). Payment can be made on each transaction or at the end of the month. Search can occur in absolutely different areas. You can use all the resources available to you.
On our part - answers to all questions, help, advice, etc.
