For example, in the attachment is the form of accounting of tasks of employees. This form is made in Word and we do not want to abandon this implementation yet.
In this form, it is necessary to organize the placement of estimates in the form of ticks by answering questions. In the example, the estimates are arranged manually by the inspectors. The score criteria (questions) and their weight (scores) may vary.
After placing the boxes, the final score and the amount of the prize must be automatically calculated according to the formula = The number of points received / the number of tasks.
