It is necessary to develop a voting service (both the design for the service and the service itself - the software part). Reworking free engines like Jumla and WordPress, etc. - not interested.
The meaning of the voting site will be that the user will be able to create a voter / contest and specify: the type of contest (photo, video, text, photo video), indicate the start date, the end date of the competition, the minimum number of participants, etc. The user should be able to add work to the voting with pseudo-registration. Of course, you should also be able to vote for the job. I will send a more detailed TZ to the contractor.
