You need to configure the task management system for the ur. department. It is likely to be a redmine (but not necessarily). For each task, it should be possible to change statuses and set a timer for alerts by mail. In the task window, information on current tasks with statuses and time of the next action should be displayed in a convenient form. A convenient form of removing a work report should be implemented.
