Desirable experience in customer service;
Experience with office programs is desirable,
PC ownership at the level of a confident user;
Skills of telephone conversations, conflict resolution and documentation.
Responsibilities
Work with existing customers of the company (preserving the customer base and increasing customer loyalty, working with documents, resolving conflict situations);
informing and providing services to existing customers;
Attracting new customers in the assigned territory.
