Assistant Sales Manager at the Loan Exchange
Reliable earnings and growth opportunities during the crisis. The salary of our first manager for the 2nd month amounted to 52,700 rubles.
Loan exchange "Gloan" helps borrowers and lenders to find the best loan terms. The company was founded by professionals with experience in international companies and experience in launching technology businesses in the financial sector. The business model of the exchange is aimed at the market segment growing during the crisis, which has the potential to grow the volume of loans issued up to 1 trillion. Rubles.
Tasks:
Outgoing calls to customers who have left a loan application on the site (100 - 150 calls per day)
Filling out the questionnaire, collecting primary documents for approval of loans
Consultations of clients on loan terms and preparation of documents
Support of real estate loans transactions
Characteristics of the candidate:
Vigorous and clear speech, skill and desire to connect with the client and understand his needs are more important than experience.
Integrity, focus on results, problem solving skills and learning - more important than experience
Experience in sales of credit products in a bank or credit broker, or in a call center is welcome
Carefulness, following rules and regulations, finding the best solutions
Conditions:
Earnings of more than 60,000 rubles. (fixed part of RUB 30,000). Plus sales commissions.
Training – You will have a mentor and rules for working with CRM
Prospects of becoming a sales manager and sales team leader
Workplace with IP telephony, CRM system, and sales scripts
Possibility of employment with citizenship outside the Russian Federation
Office: st. M. Sokol (2 min). Walking. Spacious room A class.
Work schedule: 10:00-19:00, 5 days a week (flexible schedule is possible)
Recruitment for the vacancy takes place in 3 stages: a preliminary TV interview with Ruslan (during working hours by phone 8 495 204 2093); a television interview with the CEO of the company; an interview in the office. The interview tests the skills of understanding the needs of the client, establishing contact, learning, problem solving and achieving results, honesty.
