1. Development of an hourly reservation system of the premises

3. Customers can book premises through the site, and pay both online and in cash to the cashier of the owner of the premises. At the end of the period, there is a calculation between the system and the owner of the premises.
4. The system has a user system, each with its own roles. The same person may have several roles.
5. Visitors can purchase a gift card or gift certificate, which can be given to the recipients to pay for the rented premises during the Nth period.
6. The system includes a system of promo codes, according to which visitors can receive a discount from the cost of the room when booking.
7. Based on the results of living in the room, customers can give characteristics of the time spent, and the system will have to calculate ratings.
8. Regular users will be able to view statistics on their premises in terms of periods, premises, both quantitative (visitors) and cost indicators. In addition, you will be able to view the plan of booked premises for periods in advance and the planned income for these periods.
9. The system should be running on an avava or nic hosting. The text of the project should be transparent for third-party audits (to eliminate holes).
