2. Self-learning, fast learning.

Responsibilities:
- analysis of problems: conducting interviews, questionnaires.
- coordination of the strategy, adoption of a common decision;
- choice of working methods (conducting trainings with staff, making personnel changes);
- carrying out work and their adjustment.
