Project description
We are looking for a person who is able to solve problems, find quick cost-effective solutions, and is willing and willing to delegate and automate routine tasks.
It is very important that you want and know how to improve the efficiency of your work and constantly learn new things. It is even more important that you link your activities with the marketing and sales of the project - we are a young startup with no investment and launch only what makes us money.
In the near future, we plan to bring the online service to a completely different level and localize it in English, so there will be no shortage of interesting tasks.
It is also very important that you are interested in the project itself, and the topic of online education is close to you.
The position involves a full-time load. We work remotely, the team time is Moscow, you will need to be online at least 6 hours every weekday.
Payment according to KPI, official registration under the contract.
What is important in your experience:
Experience with CMS/CMF MODx Revolution. Knowledge of the API of this system, features of the functioning of internal components. Ability to write plugins, build templates. Ability to find a problem in the engine code and make the necessary adjustments;
PHP 5.+ is at a high level. Excellent understanding of OOP;
- MySQL is at a high level. Ability to compose complex queries, understand other people's requests, optimize the load on the database;
- extensive experience in font-end development - HTML5/CSS3, Javascript, jQuery, Ajax. Cross-browser;
Practical experience in web development - at least 5 years.
Mandatory skills:
Basic system administration skills – the ability to work with the Unix console, configure DNS domains, configure Apache and nginx web servers, and edit htaccess;
Experience in integration with external services (payment systems, mailing services, social services). Networks, etc.). Understanding SOAP, REST and other technologies
Ability to understand and eliminate the causes of high load. The project is not highload, but you need to monitor the load;
English at the level of free reading of documentation and foreign forums;
The ability to understand and control someone else’s code.
What will have to be done:
In the first weeks of work, you will solve small but urgent problems with hosting, spam attacks, and obtaining data from the engine.
To build a system for monitoring the stable operation of the site, check weaknesses and prepare solutions.
Control the support of stable operation of the site.
Develop TK, based on team briefs, and implement new subsystems and modules: statistics of user behavior on the site, marketing campaign management system, the “forum” part. Part of the work is done with hands, part of the work is delegated over time.
Participate in the development of business processes: technical testing of code and layout, A/B testing of landing pages and banners, SEO optimization.
Plan the development of the site based on the project strategy.
Welcome, but not necessarily:
Experience in building the A/B testing process
- Experience with Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics. Having a valid Google Analytics certificate would be a great plus – but it’s easy to get.
Knowledge in the field of SEO-optimization – we can delegate this to you.
Experience in developing adaptive design. Knowledge of CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation, etc.) is welcome.
Experience with graphics packages at the basic level (open the layout, find the desired layer, cut) - sometimes such tasks arise;
Experience with version control systems (git, svn).
