Your duties:
- Making calls and informing about the services of the customer companies;
- Appointment of meetings for negotiations.
Requirements:
Experience in the call center will be a big plus;
- competent knowledge of the Russian language, clear diction;
- Polite and friendly manner of communication;
- Customer orientation and stress resistance;
- Confident possession of a computer (Word ́ Excel ́ Skype) and the Internet;
- A computer with a dedicated Internet line, as well as a headset (earphones + microphone);
- Fast learning and self-organization
