2. Data is sent via the API from the form to amoCRM. The result of sending should be the appearance of a transaction in the crm system with the task - CALL the customer!!!:
The transaction and the task in it must be created on behalf of the Administrator.
The name of the transaction is made up of two fields of the name and product (the product is determined from the landing page, on which the form hangs)
Automatically put the product (depending on the landing)
Automatically put utm tags
If the client already exists (we determine by email and the last 9 digits of the phone (or this or that)), then in the transaction we put the responsible manager assigned to this client (pn-pt from 9 to 18).
If the client is new, it is important to ensure that the lead distribution is evenly distributed among all managers (pn-pt from 9 to 18) from all landing pages.
If the application comes in the period except for the PN-pt from 9 to 18, then the transaction puts the responsible RP.
If the application is not processed by the manager (processing criterion - the closure of the originally set task) within 15 minutes, the responsible person in the transaction and task changes to ROPA.
A letter should come to the post office that a deal was created with such a client from such a landing site and given to such a manager.
