Call-center operator. Requirements: no extraneous noise, stable Internet, headset (earphones with microphone), pleasant voice, competent, confident speech, confident PC user, desirable work experience
Duties: to receive phone calls, place orders in the online store, keep order statistics
Who is suitable: the one who has the opportunity to combine with another job, orders we have about 10-15 per day, they need to call, confirm, double-check and make an admin (no more than 20 minutes after the order is received) and answer incoming calls (the same about 10-15 per day).
I mean. In fact, it takes no more than 2 hours. I am ready to pay 10 rubles per minute. All calls will be recorded and analyzed. A shift schedule is possible. The company is actively developing, orders are growing.
