Project description
Requires sales managers for general purpose products (cosmetics, perfumes, personal hygiene, accessories, business accessories, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- study and identification of the market of goods, its effective sectors, the causes of variability in demand for goods, the needs of buyers;
- creation of a network of sales of goods, development of technologies for sales of goods;
- control of the implementation of business plans;
- creation of conditions for the systematic sale of goods;
analysis of sales volume, development of plans to improve the effectiveness of sales forms and methods;
- personnel management, selection and training of the team.
Requirements: office programs, competent speech, focus on results, readiness for fruitful cooperation.
Employment in the TCRF + deductions in tax, pension + experience in labor. Salary is fixed salary +% and bonuses.
