There are several Web-projects (sites for different purposes, from online stores to aggregators), projects are different - from those that need to be done from scratch (new orders), continuing with those that need to be completed, and ending with ready-made ones that need to provide, of course, paid support from time to time (bug fixing, adding new buns), as often you will have to deal with layout, and therefore a Javascript programmer is required.
A candidate who likes consistency in terms of customers is extremely desirable, because I do not like to change programmers, especially if the order has already been successfully executed with such a person and he has shown himself well.
It is also desirable, but not necessary, that the candidate resides in Russia, because payment is mainly in rubles, less often in dollars.
There are many orders, so it is desirable that the candidate is not occupied with third-party projects.
The projects that were made and that will need to be improved/maintained were written from Linux, so I think it is desirable that the candidate was also familiar with this system, because Windows can have problems with deploying projects locally.
The payment will be made through Western Union.
In terms of requirements:
