"Responsibilities:
Outgoing calls on the database (without customer search)
Advising clients on tariffs, additional services and promotions, working in specialized programs
Sale of services and products of the company, placing orders in a specialized system.
Work aimed at retaining customers. Handling of claims, registration and forwarding of applications for further consideration
Requirements:
Experience in sales
PC ownership at the user level (basic knowledge of the MS Office package or its analogues, programs for working with email)
Proper oral speech and good diction
Learning capacity
Customer orientation
Knowledge of GSM and the Mobile Device Market
High level of responsibility, self-organization and discipline, executive
Conditions:
Office m. Kaluga/m. Belyaevo (10 minutes walk)
Work schedule 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00
Stable salary from 30 000 rubles (700 rubles for a shift + 700 rubles for the implementation of the call plan + 5% of sales)
