Search engine parser for a site on joomla

A search parser is required by the exact match of a certain phrase. A registered user of the site, entering a phrase and pressing a button, must receive a txt file with a numbered list, including addresses and page names containing an exact match.
It is enough to issue one of the two main search engines (Google or Yandex).
This parser needs to be integrated into the site, either as a plugin for the jumle or by using a php script added to a specific page.
