1. Report
1.1 The main table is given in the document “General” -
1.2 Sheet 1 . The table should not be changed. Filters remain. The ability to edit – we save. In the column "Status of the object" - make a drop-down line of choice. The columns in which the date is indicated should be tied to the calendar.
1.3 Sheet 2. Sample diagrams. An example of a table for the sample is given - you can refine on your own view. A diagram is a pyramid or column. The initial linkage of construction is to the status of the object. It is necessary to specify the quantitative and monetary equivalent when constructing.
2. Components of the report
2.1 The table should be formed from the reports of several branches. File names are numerical and alphabetical. For example: "1_Kiev", "31_Aurora", etc. The documents are in the same folder. We want everything to be formed into a “common” document at the click of a button.
