Project description
1. Project requirements:
MS Visual Studio 2010 C# WinForms, FrameWork 4.0
Using the development tool gisToolKitActive 11 from GIS Panorama through COM-components,
Or (! as a last resort!) by calling native API methods gisToolKit Active via C#.
2. It is necessary to implement the method of specifying coordinates to cross-link cards (SXF format) with a given radius (approximately as in a screenshot). Well, in theory, from a large number of pieces of cards (SXF) a file with the MAP and / or SIT extension is created for display.
3. It is required to add an object to the map and write added objects to the layer and in the database (preferably PostgreSQL, a driver for connecting to the NpSQL database).
4. It is required to add objects previously recorded in the database (and / or in the layer) to the map.
5. Building a height matrix between two selected objects, changing the scale of the map.
6. On the form, the user selects the object on the map, enters the maximum distance value into the text field, presses the button to determine the neighboring regions in which the objects from the database are located.
7. The new form displays cross-linked maps (scale 2 km) of regions in which objects with a distance (km) less than a given distance from the new objects added by the user on the first form are located.
