You need to write an HTML-php interpreter analyzer
Program in C/C++/C# Delphi (doesn't matter)

The program analyzes all forms
At the exit, we get one page with a registration form for all sites that were in the list and a registration button after clicking on which registration is performed on all sites from the list at the same time.
The final files on the output itself are the html form page and the php file (if required) which essentially fills everything with php functions.
I understand that it is impossible to adjust to all forms for this as an option you can make a window where the page is issued (preview) and I mark in it the program that where to be (for example, this name is a surname and it already makes the template correct for this site on the basis of my instructions).
Outcome
Get only one page (for hosting) registration after filling in which registration will occur on all sites that indicated.
The program is needed precisely in order to correctly and quickly create the final page for the correct and correct work with the sites that were in the program and register on these sites from one form and not on each separately.
