It is required to make a code for translation from Russian content (there is also content in another language it is not necessary to translate) stored in MSQL database into other languages of the world (example). English, French, etc. P.). Text is translated using YANDEX or GOOGLE (without the key API). Text translation is made in paragraphs or fragments of text of 5000 - 10000 characters. Translating one word is not appropriate!!! The code should be open and consist of files from 1 or 2. The code must be run, is made by reference (visual interface is forbidden). It should be possible to change the language of the translation (detailed instructions for changing the language should be described in the code file (the programmer prescribes).
