Financial performance programme

It is necessary to write a program with a convenient interface that will calculate financial indicators and give a general assessment of the financial condition of the company according to a special algorithm (to be presented to the developer additionally).
In essence, the program solves the problem of linear programming with minimization of the target function and a number of constraints (about 35). A simplex method can be used to solve the problem. There is a version of this program in Excel.
The programming language is a variant of C++, C#, but not fundamentally. Maybe the artist's choice.
The program also provides a separate block for visualization of the results of calculations (graphs, diagrams, etc.). It is planned to build 3D graphics and display the dynamics of the company’s development over the past n-years.
