Creating a schedule in Excel

Good afternoon. It is required to create a working schedule for a call center with 50 employees. The difficulty of the job is that everyone has a different work regime. Plus, there are 20 business areas in the call center and each employee has his own list of work projects.
The final result of the work should be a book with graphs for each project. When removing the shift from the main sheet, it should be removed from all the others.
