Project description
We are looking for an employee for remote project / temporary work to conduct surveys of the target audience.
COMMISSIONS:
1. Search and selection of respondents of the target audience on the Internet or in another way, as well as work with a ready-made list of potential respondents;
2. Participation in the preparation of questions for the questionnaire or work with a ready-made list of questions;
3. Interviewing respondents by voice in Skype (mainly), by phone, using other means of communication. The average time of one survey is 10-30 minutes.
4. Conducting a survey if interviewing is not possible;
5. Reporting: audio recording conversation, completed questionnaire, links to profiles, other reporting information.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in conducting voice surveys (or work as an operator, sales manager on a phone) is mandatory;
• literate speech;
• communication skills;
• responsibility:
• PC ownership;
• quality Internet connection;
• understanding the basics of IT (programming, layout, design, etc.) E.) and management will be an advantage.
Conditions:
• Payment of 150 rubles / hour;
• Project duration: several months.
• Work schedule: free, but it is necessary to comply with the deadlines for completing tasks.
• The assignments will be done regularly but not daily: 2-4 days a week, possibly with a week break
• Target: 5-10 CA surveys per day,
The answer to the following test task is required:
Let's look at the work situation:
1. It is necessary to conduct a survey of 10 entrepreneurs on a certain list of questions.
2. A list of questions is provided. 10 questions, but they're open. You should ask a lot of clarifying questions (why?) during the interview. More specifically? Why do you like or dislike something? E. Thinking independently during the conversation.
3. Provide a detailed report.
Questions:
1. Where or how will you look for the target audience?
2. How will you contact the respondents?
3. Where do you start the conversation? First sentences, script?
4. What reporting information will you provide?
