A vacancy.
Dairy product technologist at the dairy plant. Responsibilities:
• Conducting the process of production of pasteurized milk, sour milk products, GOST cottage cheese and curd product TU, sour cream GOST and sour cream product TU, cream and other dairy products including cheese product TU.
• Assessing the quantity and quality of incoming raw materials
• Distribution of raw materials by type of production based on its quality
• Work with different types of starters and stabilizers
• Calculation of the need for starter starters, production of starter starters as needed
• Organization and control of the production process
• Staff management
Requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of dairy products technology (cottage cheese, sour cream)
• Knowledge of dairy equipment
• Ability to work with various starters, stabilizers, enzymes, food additives
• Knowledge of regulatory and technical documentation and its maintenance
• Experience in managing staff for at least 5 years
• REALLY!!! Real experience in the production of dairy products as a technologist, the presence of own recipes!
• Availability of own technologies for the production of cottage cheese and sour cream product with a volume of at least 50 tons
