Responsibilities:
- Incoming calls/letters (consultation, acceptance of applications, call allocation);
- Management of relations with customers (preparation of commercial proposals, conclusion of contracts, maintenance of client applications);
- Interaction with other subdivisions of the company, tracking the quality and timing of the tasks;
- Check and dismiss reporting (weekly, monthly);
Maintenance of document management of clients;
- Development of offers and presentation of new services to current customers;
Requirements:
Personal qualities: responsibility, learning, sociability, execution, ability to work in a team.
Knowledge in the field of Internet advertising and Internet marketing (preferably)
Knowledge of OutLook, MS Word and Excel.
The ability to easily navigate the Internet, quickly find the necessary information.
Literacy, care and attention.
Conditions:
Part-time employment. Training.
Work day, working day 3-4 hours.
