The principle of the site.

If the customer knows the site, then the main part is devoted to the search on the site to go to the product card. The customer must always know the name or the order code. If he does not know the code, he is invited to contact the company through feedback (help) to select equipment.
The order must be placed in the mail. If the order was typed through a set of products, then there must be an exel file + a file with details + some text in the message if it was left. This is necessary for integration with 1C.
