Structure and 3-4 SQL query in Access

Good afternoon. There is a task: in Access to make a related structure: students - subjects, teachers - students, assessment - subjects, in general, a standard probably structure. It contains 3-4 sql requests for creation, modification, data sampling, creation of new data (also standard queries). The table has literally 5-6 columns. And there should be a window (it has several windows: output, sampling, report). We need to do it today. Write, we'll agree on a price.
