(Opencart 2.0) Add a callback, edit the registration form

The following improvements are required for the Text hidden site:
1. Add the button "Callback" to the top menu of the site;

4. Edit the directory country leave only Russia

5. Menu with vertical and horizontal Display on all pages (for example, when you open the “Contacts” / disappear side menu with categories)
